DMD was established in 1998 by Dean Schieve and Don Vangsnes to provide research and evaluation services, our core activities.  Related services include grant-writing, planning and group facilitation. Serving regional, national and international clients, DMD has earned a reputation as a results-oriented business emphasizing strong personal working relationships with clients. In this age of accountability and data-driven decision making, DMD offers highly individualized service to create solutions unique to each client’s situation.

DMD has recently moved into offices located in the new Research Enterprise and Commercialization Park in Grand Forks, ND. As part of this new facility and its creative research environment, DMD has access to state-of-the-art communications technology, meeting space, and training facilities that enhance its capacity to operate from the Red River Valley Research Corridor.
